It feels like ages have gone by, but I’m back for another Saturday Brick Works brunch baby, and this time, it will be my last – eek! That’s right, after almost 7 years of summer and winter market seasons, I’m saying farewell to this iconic Saturday market, and will now focus on being an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach full-time!
So please join me in the Local Food Court from 8am-2pm where I’ll be serving up my usual deelish organic, gluten-free, plant-based/vegetarian brunch.
Warm your belly with some Raspberry Stuffed Baked French Toast for breakfast, and then enjoy some Roasted Tomato and Butternut Squash Soup, Refried Bean Bake and/or Veggie Pizza Slice for lunch!
After filling your belly with brunch, take home some more food so you don’t have to cook tomorrow night! I’ll have loads of take home packs of Mac n’ Cheeze, Refried Bean Bake, and some yummy soups/stews – Roasted Tomato and Butternut Squash, and Roasted Veg Chili! I’ll even have a few Roasted Garlic Hummus and Kale Pumpkin Seed Pesto on hand! Let’s hear it for the dips!
