Organic, Gluten-free, Plant-based/Vegan Farewell Brunch – Leslieville Farmers’ Market – 1 November, 2015

A gorgeous November Sunday brings the final Leslieville market day of this season, and my very last market day in Toronto (sniff, sniff…).  Although there may be some tears throughout tomorrow’s market day, I look forward to seeing your smiling faces, and filling your bellies and souls tomorrow with my organic, gluten-free, plant-based/vegan brunch – one last time!  Woot, woot!

This week – Apple Stuffed Baked French Toast and Fancy Pants Oatmeal for breakfast, and for lunch – Fancy Pants Mac n’ Cheeze, Refried Bean Bake, and Veggie Pizza!

And because my mother nature is smiling on us with some sweet autumn sunshine Sweet Potato Doughnuts are back!  After you’ve eaten all you can at the market, grab some Take-home Meals to keep your belly full at dinner and throughout the week!

This week’s meals: Mac n’ Cheeze varieties, Roasted Veg Chili, and Refried Bean Bake!
