Another autumn Sunday brings another Leslieville market day, and finally there’s a fall chill in the air…! Even so, I look forward to seeing your smiling faces, and filling your bellies and souls tomorrow with my organic, gluten-free, plant-based/vegan brunch!
This week – Cheezy Mushroom & Onion Breakfast Scramble for breakfast, and for lunch – Fancy Pants Mac n’ Cheeze!
No Sweet Potato Doughnuts this week (it’s too cold…), but after you’ve eaten all you can at the market, grab some Take-home Meals to keep your belly full at dinner and throughout the week!
This week’s meals: Summer Veg and Tofu Soup, Roasted Tomato Butternut Squash Soup, Sauerktraut and Split Pea Soup, Mac n’ Cheeze varieties, Refried Bean Bake and crowd fave – Black Bean Bake! Drooling yet…?
This will also be the last day for Thanksgiving pre-orders, so remember to get them in! So if you’re looking for some Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Spice Cake, Butternut Squash Pie, or Coconut Lime Cake – place your orders by Sunday, October 4th! All treats and eats will be available for pick-up at the markets Saturday (10th) and Sunday (11th) of October.
