Registration for my 12-week Eat Well Be Well Group Program closes today – Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 6pm!

For the approximate cost of a 30-minute appointment with a naturopath, chiropractor, or registered massage therapist, or the approximate daily $8.50 cost of a lunch out, couple of specialty coffees, a partial bottle of supplements, or parking you get:
