A few Sundays ago I had the absolute delight of doing a baking demo at this year’s annual Veg Food Fest!
With a full house on hand I prepared 2 stand alone recipes, which when combined, made a deelish organic, vegan, gluten-free, paleo-friendly sandwich cookie!
Check out the Date Sweetened Chocolate Ganache Frosting here, give it a try, and let me know how it turns out! Use it as a filling, a frosting, mix it with some coconut cream or fermented coconut milk kefir for a delicious mousse, or thin it out and drizzle it over some sorbet!
